Brad oversees the financial management of Tru while spearheading innovative financial models and forecasting tools adapted to the changing landscape of the industry. Before joining Tru, Brad was with Oppenheimer & Co where he specialized in the healthcare sector analysis, raising money through equity offerings and advising on M&A deals.

MarieAnna’s passion for fragrance stems from a deep understanding of the category’s ability to tap into the heart of emotion, memory and personality. In over 10 years at Tru, MarieAnna’s international olfactive training, design instinct, and boundless curiosity about consumers’ connection to scent has been the foundation for industry-benchmark private label fragrance portfolios and over 100 fragrance launches.
Jake NagleSenior Creative Director
A storyteller at heart, Jake guides Tru’s creative development vision, leading a dynamic team of designers who balance engaging, on-brand execution with insightful strategic vision. An industry veteran, Jake began his career at global fragrance house Firmenich in a design and marketing capacity where he supported the development of many of the industry’s most influential brands.
Ann Colville SommaVP of Innovation
Ann is deeply engaged in creating growth opportunities through innovation and trend-right design and branding. The founder of leading beauty trend site Cult of Pretty, Ann is passionate about the evolving landscape of beauty and its connection to consumers on and offline. Prior to Tru, Ann was the lead product developer behind the innovative EOS brand, and a driving force on trend-setting projects in both mass and prestige channels at companies including Estée Lauder.

Matt is responsible for leading Tru’s consumer insights, brand-building framework and marketing activation. Prior to joining Tru, Matt held strategic marketing leadership positions at ConAgra Foods & Nike as well as advertising agencies including Leo Burnett, creating campaigns for iconic brands including Gatorade, Kellogg’s, The Walt Disney Company and JCPenney.
